Female Remeex System: an implant for the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence that allows readjustment

The Female Remeex System is designed for the treatment of female urinary incontinence.

It is a mechanical adjustment system that allows the level of continence to be regulated throughout the patient's life.

Readjustments of the urethral support level of the pubourethral sling are performed with the patient standing, performing the efforts that normally cause incontinence. A small abdominal incision is made to access the implanted varitensor and connect the manipulator, which is removed before the incision is closed.
