Since 1994, DIMA has been dedicated to the design and manufacture of medical implants for the treatment of pelvic floor disorders. Our activity is based on the combination of technological innovation, clinical knowledge, and a strong commitment to quality, with the aim of providing safe and effective solutions.
We have a highly qualified team of engineers and technicians with extensive experience in the manufacturing, validation, and control of medical devices, working under strict technical standards and regulatory compliance.
We design and manufacture solutions that integrate technology, functionality, and biocompatibility, aimed at improving people's quality of life. Our products are developed under strict quality and traceability controls, ensuring safety and reliability at every stage of the process.
Our main product line includes medical implants for urology and pelvic floor repair, developed to address the clinical needs of both men and women.
In addition, DIMA manufactures specific surgical instruments that facilitate the precise and safe placement of implants. In the veterinary field, we develop biocompatible ligaments and tendons intended for specialized applications in animals. Finally, we complete our portfolio with other healthcare products, such as masks.
Our products
With EN ISO 13485:2016 certification, DIMA comprehensively manages all stages of the production process, from raw material selection to the final sterilized product, ensuring compliance with the highest international quality standards.
Manufacturing is carried out in an ISO Class 7 certified cleanroom, guaranteeing a controlled and contaminant-free environment throughout the entire process. Once manufactured, the devices are packaged in materials specifically designed to provide an effective microbial barrier while maintaining the permeability required for sterilization.
Finally, the products are sterilized using ethylene oxide (EtO), a method that ensures a high level of effectiveness without compromising the quality or functionality of the implant. In this way, we guarantee maximum safety, sterility, and durability, preserving the product’s properties intact until its use in the operating room.
